Here are some nail do’s and don’ts to bring into the new year 💅🏼

- on top and under the nail
✨ Book regular appointments
- every 3-4 weeks
✨ Wear gloves
- when washing dishes, gardening and using harsh chemicals
✨ Get nails to help avoid biting
- help nails have the opportunity to grow without you biting them

Don’t:
🛑 Picking your nails
- this can cause lifting
🛑 Ripping your nails off
- will cause your natural nails to become fragile and weak
🛑 Using your nails as tools
- They will start to lift or break
