Being a finalist in the Beauty Product category was already something incredibly special to me. But standing here tonight as a winner is a moment I will never forget.
Ana Hair Care started with a dream, a lot of hard work, and a woman who simply refused to give up.
As a Brazilian woman building my business here in Australia, this moment represents every challenge, every sacrifice, and every time I chose to keep going.

Dear Clients,
For the past 10 years, we have always trusted our clients and accepted appointments without requiring a deposit.
However, in recent months, we have experienced a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling, which directly affects our salon and prevents other clients from booking those available times.
For this reason, after 10 years, Ana Hair Care is introducing a deposit policy for all appointments.
From now on, all appointments will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
This applies to all bookings, including appointments made over the phone with our assistant. If you book by phone, you will receive a payment link, and your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit can be refunded or transferred to your new appointment.
• Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment: the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or used towards another appointment.
• In the event of a no-show, the deposit will also be forfeited.
• A new deposit will be required to make another booking following a late cancellation, late rescheduling or no-show.
